Beautiful upstairs apartment with an open floor plan. The living room-kitchen area has a vaulted ceiling with skylights and it lives large! This apartment has a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar and granite countertops. Washer/dryer. The bedroom has a queen bed. The bathroom is tiled with walk in shower. The apartment has a small private deck overlooking the private garden, patio area, shaded from the afternoon sun. A perfect place for morning coffee or pre-dinner cocktails.

The space
The Tuscan Suite at Magnolia Court is the perfect place for a stay in Beaufort. Within easy walking distance to the historic Point, and the historic houses it has to view. Walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants of downtown Beaufort. Parking available on the stones at the front of the Townhouse. We proudly do our own cleaning and maintenance. As seasoned travelers we are aware what an excited guest is hoping to experience, and we strive to please.
Guest access
Our location makes the downtown shops, restaurants and waterfront park easily accessible on foot, or via the two Magnolia Court bicycles (subject to availability). Just a 200 yard walk north of the property is Pigeon Point Park, with it's playground for children, and picnic tables. A short walk south takes guests to the Point, and it's historic houses, used and spared from destruction during the Civil War by the Confederate Army as a hospital.

Jackie and Duncan, new owners were very responsive and only owned the property for a few short weeks so they really did a lot of improvements in a very short time. The apartment was very clean, well stocked with new items, very comfortable king bed with new mattress and a wonderful courtyard ... read more! The location is perfect and we enjoyed borrowing their bikes and riding to the park and the boat landing. I loved seeing the neighboring homes overlooking the water along our bike ride! The neighborhood is safe and only 9 blocks away from the hustle and bustle of Bay Street. An easy, safe walk to shop and dine. There are also a couple of nice restaurants just around the corner!

Absolutely fantastic stay in this beautiful Cottage. It was more than we expected. The perfect space for our family of six attending my brother’s MCRD graduation. Great location closed to Paris Island. The Kitchen was fully equipped very clean and very spacious ... read more. We found a beautiful gift bag with treats on the kitchen counter when we arrived. We especially enjoyed the coffee and the delicious Hobnobs! The attention to detail was impeccable! The house is very clean and comfortable. The vintage stereo located in the kitchen was a plus, and the CD music selection was very delightful and entertaining. Love it!
Jackie and Duncan are five-star host. They were accommodating to our needs/requests. Easy to communicate. The check-in process was excellent – you can access the cottage using a code meaning you can check in whenever suits you. We felt safe and relaxed the whole time. Would not change a thing. This Cottage is truly a gem!
We loved our stay here & would highly recommend to anyone.
